Her passion for sharing music and inspiring others has led her to a full time schedule of over 40 students weekly, ages ranging from 4 to 72 years old. In addition to her private students she teaches piano at Holy Rosary Catholic School and group flute lessons at Kellman Academy in Cherry Hill. Her dedication to her students involves weekly lessons, accompanying them in recitals and competitions, and attending their performances outside of recitals she holds. She provides her students with as many performance opportunities as possible, including a fund raiser this past November for UNICEF with a performance at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia. Even with the group's performance schedule, she still manages to make time to share her talents performing with others as well, including appearing as featured soloist and accompanist with Sinclair Productions, Dorian Aire and guest soloist with her student at the Kimmel Center.
She feels extremely honored and thankful to have such a rewarding career and realizes how important her work is. Her constant goal is to be able to reach each of her students and provide them with the knowledge, positive experiences, and inspirations, so that music will always be a part of their lives.
John M. Seneta Mandolin and Guitar John's musical career started at the tender age of five when he first began playing the mandolin. Perhaps because it was his first, the mandolin became his best-loved instrument. John is a multi-instrumentalist (he says he plays everything but brass) who was formally educated at Berklee College of Music in Boston (Arranging & Composition) and received his degree in Music Theory from the University at Albany. He has performed with 2 + TWO where he played keyboards and sax while contributing his vocal abilities as well. He has also performed and recorded with theBlend, Howie and the Mean Dog (mandolin & vocals) and The Woody Mack Band (mandolin, keys, sax and vocals). His eclectic writing and playing styles are uniquely his own. Most recently, he has appeared as guest soloist with Sinclair Productions and regularly performs with String Breezes a local duo consisting of John along with Maggie Bruning on flute and whistles. John also shares his musical skills with his ever-growing number of mandolin students. His influences run the gamut of great mandolinists throughout the centuries. These combine with all the early influences of Neapolitan, Classical, Slavic Folk and Gypsy music in his life. He continues to study all genres of music from Bluegrass through Swing and World Music of all ethnicities.
