California, including items new to the trading circuit!
Hi
there, and welcome to my game show trading website. I like all sorts of game shows, and I especially like
trading them. Maybe we can expand
our collections together.
Notes for trading (changes in red; please read):
1.
I send DVDs in the DVD-R
format. (Yes,
this means IÕm giving up on VHS trading unless youÕre miraculously found all
those supposedly erased Woolery Wheel
episodes. IÕm not going to send VHS
any more, itÕs not worth the hassle.) I use SP recording mode, so I can get 2-2.5 hours on a
DVD. I will accept either DVDs or
VHS in return, but I prefer DVDs.
Most of my collection is digitized on my hard drive and I burn you your
DVD using Toast 8 by Roxio, so I can move pretty quickly.
2.
All trades are done on a
one-for-one basis, i.e., a half-hour show for a half-hour of material in
return, an hour show for an hour of material in return. In computing the time, whether or not
commercials are included, pretend they're there.
3.
The link to my current
collection is below. Now in HTML
format with pictures! Information
regarding abbreviations, etc. is also on that page. IÕve listed what I have that is
available. If I donÕt list it, I
donÕt have it available; so you donÕt need to write and say, ÒDo you haveÉÓ; if
I had it, IÕd list it!
4.
I will update the link
below regularly, so check back frequently to see if I have anything new!
5.
Feel free to pick out
things on my list, but if you do, send me you list at the same time so I can
see whether you have things I want that add up to the same amount of time
you're requesting from me.
6.
I thought that this went
without saying, but apparently not.
I only accept VHS tapes in SP or EP mode (NOT LP). Also, when you send DVDs, they must be
playable on my DVD player and television set. In other words, it is NOT acceptable to send me a CD-ROM
with Quicktime or Windows Media Player files. I can't burn a DVD with them because the resolution isn't
high enough, and most people won't accept them in return trades. Plus, I don't want to sit in front of
my computer and watch them—I want to sit on my couch.

Big update.
Like I say, I donÕt update as often, but when I do, theyÕre bigger. IÕm still trading!
