This is where I vent, since I have a communications problem I try to come up with different methods of presenting our issues and experiences. Communication was not a choice of mine, the need was thrust upon me with the repeated failures of "professionals". I find it offensive that these individuals do not bother with minimal diligence, just make a call, determine the merit of an asset, some of my girlfriends assets that were not contacted represented years of a running log of events and professional counseling. This is excused by the Virginia State Bar, along with desertion, multitasking cases and "professional courtesy" as strategy.

lawyers.com Legal Malpractice is a new addition to this forum and absent from its blog's at this time in 2008. In 2000 when our attorney deserted I looked here in an attempt to address the desertion of my girlfriends fifth attorney - the subject was missing along with attorneys that handled legal malpractice.

Avoidance of the Legal Malpractice subject ? Of course we are "diligent", trust us.......
These were supposed to be attorneys, did this forum ever answer the questions presented ?
How about solutions ?
How about just one attempting to answer my "disjointed" issues and presenting themselves as proactive problem solver that really does look out for their clients - do you see one in this forum ?
Is this forum representative of the "problem solvers" in the industry ?
Note the responses to my "disjointed" presentation, could you trust one of these to solve your problem competently, in your best interests ?
