lawyers.com I thought that here I would find legal counsel who could provide a "strategy" to address our
experience's. A tactician would be able to provide an approach and maybe I would hire them as they would prove themselves to be "professional". I admit an inability to communicate but I expected professionals who would understand and work with their clients limitations. After these discussions I do not trust the credibility of this population, there is no oversight and their solutions are lacking for performance professionals.

Given the responses on this site I wonder about the credibility of the members of this forum, they cannot handle deserting attorneys or individuals upset because those retained fail to present and execute failing strategies. The tactical failures could be as a result of overwork, conflicted goals, confusing laws, quantity over quality or some other excuse - excuses whose source claim to be professionals with "stated" professional mission to represent their clients in a diligent manner. Which returns us to the oversight institution for Virginia, the .

Of course the claim is "we are 'diligent', trust us with your life......."
- These were supposed to be attorneys, did this forum ever answer the questions presented ?
- How about solutions ?
- How about just one attempting to answer my "disjointed" issues and presenting themselves as proactive problem solver that really does look out for their clients - do you see one in this forum ?
- Is this forum representative of the "problem solvers" in the industry ?
- Note the responses to my "disjointed" presentation, could you trust one of these to solve your problem competently, in your best interests ?
- We/I am not smart or educated, I admit it, I lack communications skills, yet I ask are these the responses of educated "professionals" ?
- Do these "professionals" expect "rocket scientists" as clients ?
