Well I guess that I will have to add our
ninth group of attorneys to this site. Our ninth group that we have retained, wont mention their names yet because we do not know if we are still represented by them or the state of our account.
This state of Virginia identifies that its members have professional integrity, after taking hundreds of dollars does one have counsel or not ? can one depend on them to represent them or
multitask many cases and process them ?
Such is the integrity of the member of the Virginia State Bar an Agency of the Virginia Supreme Court who has rules that are
here today and
gone tomorrow. Lack of oversight by these
institutions has become accepted, guilt, innocence, law, order, truth, justice and the American way has been betrayed by those that can be bought.
So far I attempted contact with such groups as the Mayor of Manassas, Chief of Police for Manassas,
the press,
of course the
Virginia State Bar and the
Governor of Virginia. The only response was from the Virginia State Bar that avoided and used "strategy" as an excuse not to address the failures of its members and the Governor of Virginia who stated that
our issue was a local matter. One would assume that the local authorities would want to address and resolve the issues we presented to mitigate the claims of ones like
myself who can build this into a conspiracy against us, especially in the information age, we do not know what lists we are on, so are we being discriminated against ?
I raised my concerns about the implementation of Jurisprudence to the Justice Department and the FBI, they claim that they address fraud and the deception of the Virginia State Bar is that it will ensure a competent membership. Of course I added details of our experiences such as
my girlfriends injury where for five years my girlfriend waited for the attorney to do their job only to
find out that apparently he was stealing clients settlements, when asked the Bar said my girlfriend's case was still active but since she was probono her issues
were irrelevant, laughingly saying that they were going to take all his assets for real clients in that lunchroom at the Manassas Prince William County Courthouse. The question is just how diligent was the Virginia State Bar in their research, the last we knew was that we had a case but the dog owner had disappeared, then there is this thing about the Virginia State Bar making rules of oversight disappear to facilitate a corrupt environment of profiteering.
The Virginia State Bar has no worries we have
this, there is a trend to neuter the ability of the citizens to obtain competent representation. I can only assume that the FBI is similarly infected.
Ironically my goal is to get my girlfriend out of her situation, as it was back in
1989 and the failures of those attorneys. The current infection is the choice of the voters, I understand the rules of corruption, I just did not expect those rules to apply to the United States of America. However I refuse to become a victim of this corruption so I am here writing and writing and posting and writing, as long as the First Amendment exists.
If there was concern about "National Security" the institutions would address the internal weaknesses of their processes, they choose not to, instead they choose the band-aid approach of addressing the symptoms rather than the foundation problems.
Anyone reading this and living in the United States of American must consider it a corrupt state under corporate / fascist rule where everything can be bought, including the "law".
The paradigm implemented by the Virginia State Bar of
here today and
gone tomorrow
ensures that only those that can afford to contribute will obtain competent representation, everyone else is considered "disposable". The
threat that the client had of being able to present a grievance to the Bar and it would have effect is
gone
and along with it was the clients leverage or incentive that a member of this Bar had to provide effective counsel. The Virginia State Bar is a classic demonstration of an institution that did not "feel" like addressing things such as "integrity", "competence" and "propriety", these have been classified to be "strategy" and as such is NOT addressed by the Bar. The rules were changed and allowed the "law" to be executed in a "whimsical" manner that depends upon what their member "feels" that day, will they diligently represent their client today, if not, so what, can the client afford to buy more ?
Because of these allegedly official policy changes the other oversight institutions, such as "law enforcement", the FBI and Justice Department then claim that the new rules have been accepted and as a result allow the fraud on American society to continue, unchallenged. Change the law, create a hostile environment and the drones will follow from chasing an illusive "war on drugs", "war on terror" to justifying removing the rights of Americans to protect the institutions from the citizens anger against the failed policies and new laws.
Of course without competent representation no one will challenge the execution of the "law enforcement" policies, the drones are given free reign to make their own interpretation of the "new rules". The judicial system will be percieved as unfair, respect lost, tighter controls demanded until a police state is established and all freedoms are lost - all because an institution became lazy or
infected with those with personal agenda's that may not include a secular state.
