After two decades and over ten attorneys we can declare that this is
NOT "rule of law" that is being implemented, it is a
"racket" under the guise of "law". If there was any intent of adhering to the law our issues would have been addressed, it would be the duty of the profession to ensure "rule of law" as "officers of the court" and "law enforcement". Instead they create victimless crime laws, fail to address and cover up abuses to ensure that the racket is profitable for its population and sponsors. The sponsors include corporations and religious groups who see controlling this industry as an opportunity for profit - this profession has become a racket.
Lets consider the list of what we have attempted over the last two decades, observations and results:
- Virginia State Bar an agency of the Supreme Court of Virginia - change in 2000 for context. Code of Professional Responsibility to the
Professional Guidelines and Rules of Professional Conduct and letters from the Virginia State Bar that identifies that it does not ensure the diligence of its profession. As I have stated we have had at least ten attorneys, nine of the ten executed questionable diligence our collection indicates a population of 90% "bad apples". What does the Virginia State Bar do to identify the "good apples" so that a client has a chance at competent representation ?
- For CVS police assault I wrote to Chief of Police for the City of Manassas Virginia, Chief of Police John Skinner expecting a professional who would want to ensure that their officers were upholding the law. There was no response to my letters in 2005 or emails in 2008 - the avoidance of cover up.
- For CVS police assault I wrote a letter to the Mayor of the City of Manassas Virginia. There was no response to my letters in 2005 - an obvious lack of concern for the citizens of their city - irresponsible elected officials.
- I wrote to the Governor of Virginia, Tim Kaine to address the problems we have had with attorneys, members of the Virginia State Bar and failure of the politicians and law enforcement. The response from the Governors office was that ours was a "local matter".
- I wrote to our representative Tom Davis, the 11th district he sent a referral to legal assistance - which is not assistance, we came full circle.
- I have written to the Justice Department.
- The FBI gave me hope with their Color of Law abuses. Again no response, I had assumed that they would want supporting information - I guess that usurping "rule of law" is within the law for "them" and not for "us".
- Word of mouth it has been stated that would regulate attorneys, that the client must research their prospective member. I do not know people that have experience with police abuse or corruption, people who could recommend competent attorneys. Research would be to ask the community, this my girlfriend did, Mr. Thomas E. Burks - the deserter was highly recommended by the community.
So I looked up sites that allowed business reviews, only one site, InsiderPages actually posted the negative review. Neither martindale.com or Yahoo posted a negative review.
How can a client "research" a prospective attorney if negative reviews are not posted, reviews that may identify a gender, religious, economic or ethnic bias. Without collecting any metric or using slanted metrics how can the Virginia State Bar make any claim of "diligent" members ?
