Cascading events and the expectation of catastrophe and death

Public authorities expectations of their victims - you hired them, you got them....
A betrayal of the public trust.

Expectation of cascading events, catastrophe and death like any "criminal" endeavor, avoidance is the rule, this used to be mitigated with the expectation of being caught. from what we have experienced, being caught is not a factor.

Consider the Virginia State Bar an Agency of the Supreme Court of Virginia dismissing "strategy" complaints, silencing the client. The service that an attorney provides is comprised of legal strategies and tactics, this is what is supposed to be provided by Virginia State Bar members.

Consider Law Enforcement - Police & FBI when told that officers under their command are abusing citizens, do they investigate? protecting both their officers and the community. Or do they choose to avoid addressing the subject?

Like any other criminal who ignores and if caught then loudly proclaims their innocence both institutions "spin" their innocence. This is the foundation of their "presumption of guilt", Because they commit indiscretions and execute strategies of denial and avoidance they expect that everyone does the same. Those that do claim innocence of an event are ignored because that is what those implementing the service do along with the majority of those they persecute. They choose not to investigate such claims and as a result fall into the pit of negligence and corruption.

If one confronts those that are implementing judicial processes they confronted with ad hominem arguments/attacks. This failure and ad hominem response demonstrates weakness and infection that directly reflects upon the institutions and the American society.

Expectation of the victim is that they will experience cascading events, like my girlfriend did with her dog bite, deserting attorney, mental breakdown/assault in the CVS store, hardship puts people at risk. These events are used to undermine the character of the citizen, claims that my girlfriend is unstable, that I am unstable, back to that conditioned ad hominem attack. Then maybe an incident does occur where one may be guilty of something then their perception of facts become relevant, that the latest incident may have been a result of cascading events is irrelevant. In court one will hear that history is irrelevant, maybe that medical incapacity is irrelevant but in the next sentence state that based upon ones "historical record" they have to make a certain ruling. Is history relevant or irrelevant? Is one being punished twice?

This is a good institutional totalitarian scam. Our experiences support the claims being made in the Infowars article Police Trained Nationwide That Informed Americans Are Domestic Terrorists. Is there a conspiracy or are these institutions dysfunctional, run by individuals who chose the profession because of the power they would have over others - make a choice?

As with any criminal or negligent act the perpetrator expects the victim to shut up and die....
Die may be an extreme expectation, but the victim is supposed to "get over it" and the authorities failure is applied to others, many others.
Public trust betrayed, assets expended and ignored what is one to do. One thinks. Why would alleged professionals avoid doing their jobs?
Fraud deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.

Graft the acquisition of money, gain, or advantage by dishonest, unfair, or illegal means, esp. through the abuse of one's position or influence in politics, business, etc.
An attorney, an "officer of the court" whose duty is to represent clients in their legal matters, yet they do not, they take money, ignore assets and sacrifice their clients. This sounds like fraud....

What advantage is gained from failure, theoretically, in a functioning society a professional would risk losing their license to provide a service or performs badly. In American society when one tries to address failure and poor performance through channels, they get silence. "Fraud" has become accepted policy, at least in Manassas/Fairfax Virginia law enforcement and courts. These professionals face no risk, they are protected by institutional graft a conspiracy of association and excuses. When I allegedly commit a crime, they say that "ignorance of the law is no excuse". When they commit crimes they will respond "that they are human", "that they have a hard job", "that they made a mistake" and that the victim should forgive them. This coming from people that do not forgive, are negligent and abusive.
When one experiences an event the first thing they are told is to "remain silent", "do not talk to anybody" and this is a good practice if one can trust those that are giving the instructions. The problem is that one cannot trust those that are giving the instructions, look at our experiences, how many "officers of the court", a funny term of convenience, have we retained to represent our interests, ten? did they represent us?

How about those "law enforcement", that did nothing for stalking, abuse, assaults and vandalism. However a woman and her boyfriend returning from the hospital after a breakdown brought on by the accumulation of stress over the years are assaulted by the police in a CVS pharmacy.

What these "attorneys" do is isolate their victim from their social network, eroded their resources, then betray their clients - especially low income clients that are not profitable. One must be able to buy their law, "Rule of Law" is only for the rich and their fraternity buddies running the courts.

Remember one is told not to talk to anyone, one complies. Then when one realizes that they are being betrayed, they might try to hire another attorney, abstracting them from the original failure. Look at this example of what happened when we hired a service to try to address all our issues. In desperation one might try communicating with the Virginia State Bar, Police Chief and political representatives. They will delay or not bother to respond even though it is their professional responsibility to respond to issues of failure.

By this time one is told that too much time has passed, no action can be taken, the claim is that you lost.
