Ramblings on American charity. At one time I expected that donations might help our effort. This was not getting something for nothing but some compensation for our story and experiences. I have seen people give up their life savings to scammer's, sociopaths, murderers, religions and their cults, giving fortunes for trinkets that are worthless, giving to causes and never observing the consequences, believing that they did the right thing, but never knowing.
Surely our experiences were worth something....?
With donations we might have been able to fight the battles represented by failed representation, abusive law enforcement and kangaroo courts. Or if need be just go on with our lives without my hobby of posting blog's and perceptions of our experiences. Not that the "principle" of corrupt government is acceptable, it is just that from our experiences corruption is the choice of the people and this democratic society has chosen corruption. This last statement is based on
experience, I can continue to state the following:
- Where is the CVS store video? presumption of guilt.
- Is the Virginia State Bar an Agency of the Supreme Court of Virginia an accomplice in the theft of my girlfriends settlement for her dog bite injury? integrity of the profession?
- What about the separation of Church and State? Rule of Law or Rule of Church?
- Persecution of a woman over an abortion by an affluent Conservative Republican zealot?
- Attorneys, officers of the court that sacrifice their client for personal gain? Conflict of interest or negligence?

It asks whether this country had integrity or is just a
bunch of liars, thieves and cowards....
There were several populations that I expected to help us.
- First the Christian or religious populations, after all Jesus Christ did not teach "bearing false witness", "throwing stones", "deceit" or "abuse". We have heard said from our respective churches that we were members of that there were some "bad apples", churches out there. When we were being persecuted a "good church" would have given us support, if only a shoulder to cry on. A "good church" could have looked in on the children and made sure that they were okay. How about that "Christian charity", guess that goes to the Republican Conservatives and their persecutions.
- Second the professionals, attorneys and law enforcement, our experiences identify a failing of process, a reflection on their respective industries and on the concept of being an American in an allegedly free society. One would have expected directions as how to proceed or an inclination to engage, to prove or refute my claims and shut us up. Donations from this population could have also given us the resources to "clean house" of the "bad apples".
- Third the citizen, this is your country and this remains a battle not fought, one that you may be fighting in the future. Consider this you are shopping in a CVS pharmacy when you are assaulted by police. Or maybe you are injured, bitten by a dog, five years after the event your attorney deserts, the Virginia State Bar sends your file and discards you, it does not address "strategies" of their members.
The consequences of the lack of engagement is that it has provided me with a hobby, my girlfriend has given up and had numerous breakdowns and the principle of our issues remain unresolved.
After twenty years of this "crap" I/we have no illusions about this country, what it represents and the people that inhabit it. I am not "angry", "upset" or any other "emotion", I am "disappointed" and give thanks for being provided with a hobby that has and continues to improve my communication and technical skills.
Not one donation in over twenty years, if there is an interest in
"Donating", I hear about others who are experiencing hard times and am saddened, I/we pray that they will have better luck.....
The one organization that deserves credit for supporting my girlfriend is Virginia's Social Services, Community Services Board (CSB). Social Services has been there for my girlfriend in her abuse, aided in her escape and were there for her mental breakdown. None of the "charities" provided us aid, the ACLU was too busy, Amnesty International along with many other sites did not bother responding. One site that did respond,
Citizens for Judicial Accountability who basically said that many have suffered. What I do see is a lot of "donations" opportunities, based on the aid that we have had I would question these "charities" and their requests.
