First lets qualify "consequences" by identifying how these people get away with their crimes through "interpretation" and "implementation". For years I have been attempting to communicate what we experienced and the threat that these people represent to functional "Rule of Law".
In attempts to address the "failures" of the system I have been called many names, from the classic "sour grapes", "moron", "pratt", "idiot" and told that I was in need of help from a "mental health professional". Not one of these individuals postulated a solution to our situation, as alleged "officers of the court" and in some case "law enforcement" their duty was to uphold the law. Not one even considered a "strategy" that may support a client with experiences such as ours or addressed the implications of a 90% failure rate by Virginia attorneys and a failure of the "Virginia State Bar" to address things like "church and state", "conflict of interest", "negligence" and even "desertion". This organization claims to be an "Agency of the Supreme Court of Virginia" whose duty is to uphold the law, at least I think it is. Again I remember the
year that the my girlfriends
fifth attorney deserted, they changed their ethical policy from the
Code of Professional Responsibility to
Professional Guidelines and Rules of Professional Conduct.
Being told that one has to buy accountability identifies that "Rule of Law" only applies to those that can afford it. So either what is being taught in schools is a lie, that "laws" must be obeyed by everyone or those implementing the process are committing fraud, deceiving the citizens and betraying the "public trust". The responsibility of real "professionals" when a failure is identified to them is to address and rectify the issue. In this way the "bad apples" are culled, the reputation of the institutional process is maintained along with credibility. The "Virginia State Bar an agency of the Supreme Court of Virginia" does
NOT address
"strategy", they openly admit this identifying that they are neither professional or concerned about the "
bad apples" in their population.
Recently the Department of Justice released
Jay Scott Bybee and his
memo. The "strategy" was to "interpret" the law to in order to justify the "war crime" of "torture". The judges, courts and attorneys are allowed to make such "interpetations" with impunity - the only way to challenge an interpretation is to hire another attorney who may have a similar bias. That the authorities dismisses complaints of failed service identify a lack of diligence in the legal community.
The consequence of the failure to address is that these institutions are identified as not being representative of the service they are tasked to provide. Is this failure one of the institution or those implementing the policies of the institution ? In the case of the justice system, those who obstruct the execution of service or obfuscate the stated laws such as in the
Bybee Memo are committing crimes against the country and obstructing justice.
So where does this leave us and our
experiences that the "alleged" authority claiming to be an agency of the Supreme Court of Virginia consisting of members who claim to be "officers of the court" ?
When contact is attempted one gets responses like the following:
What are the consequences of failure and corruption
Because my girlfriend could not move on, I was damaged and the authorities choose to ignore the crimes that they commit expecting us to die off or give up. We are not moving on, we are subsisting in a perpetual damage control to prevent further cascade. Because we are damaged my girlfriend is afraid to walk in the community and to drive, I go to work and come home, we cannot afford extracurricular activities. I use the on-line media to learn more about my field and work on this site.
Suicide attempt by my girlfriends son and tales of abuse from both the
son and the daughter. Then there were the neighbors who made a
death threat, their child that was exposed to abuse and the people in the nursing home that they were stealing medication from. The CVS pharmacist that called the police on a woman in the throws of a reaction to medication. The
Manassas Police that assaulted me and confirmed that "rule of law" is a fiction fed the masses, if it was not then their would have been
accountability. Lastly there is the
Virginia State Bar an organization that actively changed their policy so that they could provide shelter for its scamming members.
- So the question is how much damage have these people caused to the community with their avoidance, profiteering and cover up ?
- How many others were not represented competently by the attorneys we hired, were assaulted by the same police that assaulted me ?
- How many other offenses were committed by these "professionals" and covered up ?
How many populations are damaged by the corruption implementation ? how many cannot expect diligent representation or fair judgments ?
"Rule of law" for the entitled, for the rest we live in a third world country. There is no justice for us "stupid people" but some groups are organized, have some leverage:
- Religious
- Gender
- Sexual preference
- Ethnic populations
The bottom line is that one cannot be just an American, separate from an affiliation and expect to be treated as a human being, it is all about leverage....
How many populations are angered by the corruption implementation ? how many would turn their back on these jerks if they were in need......
