How they turn a victim into a Criminal.....

Over the years we have had need of the alleged "authorities", first there was my girlfriends stalking husband, then there were the neighbors and finally there was the incident in the CVS pharmacy with the Manassas Police.

With each incident and each failure of the "authorities" to provide a solution forced us to realize that these "law enforcement officers" are not a solution. If one survived an aggression they are upset, adrenaline is flowing and belief that one has been wronged. Along comes the police officer, with their funny looks, like sure there is a problem and phrases, "I don't see a problem" or "what do you expect us to do about it", the latter phrase had me walking away shaking my head. We found that since we called we were their problem, not the attacker. For our incidents the attacker was long gone by the time the police arrived. We doubt that they even followed through by going to the individuals home, neither do we know if reports were filed since our attorney did not obtain them. The irony is that if they had gone to their house they may have found consumption of illicit substances, drunk or other activities. There were several times where the individual that caused an incident remained, these were traffic incidents. I noticed that the source of the incident was calm, lying and "bonding" with the officer. By the time they were finished the cop got upset with me for checking out my car before leaving the scene and "overlooked" items that I had pointed out.

The aggressors that we experienced had a plan and are willing to lie to the police. This can be highlighted by one individual/incident we observed, called "the felon", who cut four tires on a van, assaulted the guy and chased the police around with a knife. He then told the police that this individual had "shown porn and made the moves on" his girlfriends daughter, think she was about nine at the time. The funny thing was that this was the story told us by someone else who had caught and confronted "the felon" doing the same thing with their teenage daughter a week prior, word for word. The real cause of the incident was that "the felon" owed the other guy money.

The felon spent less than two weeks in jail for the incident. I asked him about it when he got out, he laughed, stating that it was a scam, revolving door. Lie, lie and lie, sell some weed and buy a good attorney - this was a strategy. Course he moved in populations that knew attorneys who would represent their rights, meaning that only the rich and criminals get competent representation, the felon was a good customer the more he cycled the more they made.

The greatest irony was that "the felon" had numerous felony convictions, a tendency for violence and I got more time for my first offense, the CVS incident than he did, plus the judge was upset with the prosecutors deal and wanted to give me more time.

What I do know is that I will never tell a cop anything - I have learned there is very few things that are worse than "morons with guns", called cops. I took the beating in the CVS store, if I tried to defend myself I would lose regardless, so I took the beating, this was "no win" scenario. What I did not expect was the level of corruption in Virginia and that the "authorities" had adopted criminal behavior traits. That store security video was useless with the authorities cover up.

The more I tried to understand why the cop demanded my id the more confused I got, his failure to identify the reason for his wanting to obtain my id gave me great concern. I remember looking at the security camera that I was standing under and thinking that the incident was recorded. The more questions I asked, the more upset this Manassas police officer got, he then lied after I had complied with his demand for my id he stated my name, address and walked off with my id. At that time he identified himself as a liar, a bully and he had my name and address - for month after the incident we would peep out our windows lest this thug show up.

With our experiences every breach of security we have had was as a direct consequence of the authorities negligence. The courts gave out our Street address to a stalker's "officer of the court" who then gave it to their client.

When the selective "law", courts and attorneys process the citizens this identifies that their mission is NOT to uphold things like the "law", it is to harvest the human crop, like the felon, it is a profitable cycle, the more people they feed this machine the more profitable it is.

What was interesting was the CVS incident attorney who sold me on the claim that I had rights. I had never been convicted for any crime up until this time, yet I was denied work release because I was a Threat to Society with a box in "Your criminal history shows a history of assaultive or sexually abusive behavior" so what history ? What did they use to determine this history ?

I cannot help but wonder what these "authorities" would have done to me/us if I had defended myself. It has been identified that the truth just results in trouble, subterfuge and lies is the only tactic that is effective.

A criminal is created.......

What if that biased judge had gotten her way and I was incarcerated for a year and a half. I would have lost my job and incarcerated, my girlfriend would have lost a residence resulting in her being on state welfare and my employment opportunities would be severely limited. I am glad that the prosecutor did present the deal given that is was identified that I was in a kangaroo court. Guess I would have the opportunity for some creative business ventures with a new set of buddies.....
