Choices

Saw this article on WTOP Former student arrested for making threats   (comments) and it reminded me of the neighbor that had made death threat against me. From Prince William County Magistrate Sanborn's dismissal of police reports and response to our "death threat" the reaction to this one, one can only conclude that only entitled are privileged to have "rule of law".

As a result of our experiences I choose to write about them.
This activity occupies my time, maybe our insight might help someone else, at least warn them of the pit falls of living in a third world country like the United States of America.

The choice of the authorities is to dismiss, avoid, cover up failures, mistakes and crimes.

• Virginia State Bar - how many people have had negligent representation as a result of this institutions choice to dismiss "strategy" complaints ?
  It was funny when I told them that they were not doing a very good job at ensuring diligent membership. That now, after the desertion and their inability to ensure the integrity of the profession, we had a collection of questionable membership. To this they respond at first by calling me dumb then with silence/avoidance....
  So what is this about their members being officer of the court, what does that mean ?
  Just what does "Rule of Law" mean ?
• Law Enforcement and Government the choices that they make - what are the duties and roles of government ?
  • City of Manassas - Chief of Police, Mayor and Attorney General - how many people have been assaulted because the Chief of Police chose to ignore my correspondences, chose to cover up a crime ? they do have a duty to uphold the law or is that a choice also ?
  • Governor Tim Kaine - I nearly gave his office a pass when they responded with a letter stating that my grievances with the members of the Virginia State Bar and Law Enforcment in Manassas were a "local matter". What are the duties of a Governor ?
  • FBI - Color of Law Abuses Their choice was not to respond to any of my correspondences, like the Manassas Chief of Police.
  Their choice is selective application of "Law", they commit crimes and it is overlooked, covered up or reinterpreted. After I noticed that these "law enforcement" authorities were not going to respond I was concerned, I had expected professionals that would either ask for additional details or state the party line of avoidance. I had sent our names, contact information to institutions that had demonstrated that they were not trustworthy, were willing to overlook "laws" to frame their targets. Since "law" is irrelevant then I should be concerned about some attack in the middle of the night. Given that the frame gave me a record of "assaulting a police officer" - would I be shot in a traffic stop ? This was suggested by some defending "law enforcement officers".
  So these "authorities" chose not to respond, they ignore their duties to society and ignore "Rule of Law" - why is cover up and avoidance their choice ?
  When I see these criminals I go into "fight or flight" mode, chose a path away from them, like avoiding a bad neighborhood.
• Society - I have been writing for some time yet the only response has been "Ad hominem" a real responsible society.

Our countries choice is to embrace Hitler, Bush and Cheney these Republicans are funny, because Hitler ordered someone to gas the Jews they should not be held responsible for their participation ? Because an "officer of the court" drafted and distributed a memo that said it is okay to torture, everyone gets to torture. I know that I would never torture anyone, I might beat them up in a conflict but once under my control I would never show weakness by torturing them - those that torture are cowards, they are criminals and truly traitors partly responsible for spreading fear and motivating an enemy.

Just like the Manassas Police and their associates are not American, they are criminals that interpret the law based on convenience. Today it is okay to frame and assault a citizen, today it is okay to torture someone to justify a war ? If challenged these people get to execute the tactics used by those they arrest, deny, deny, deny, lie and obfuscate - their choice...

Shucks folks after being framed and put in our prison population I considered options. If I lost everything what tactic should I implement - first rule, "the enemy of my enemy is my ally today" the cops beat me up and framed me, what does that make them to me. Second consideration what network could I build ? what organization had an infrastructure that could use my skill sets ? Third consideration, which skill set should I brush off to make a living ? Luckily I did not have to walk that path, in that jail I saw many that were being forced down that path, one bad choice follows another. Is our current interpretation of "Rule of Law" really making our society safer ? Maybe that is the intent, those that consider themselves "entitled" have willing drones like Jay Scott Bybee and those thugs that "just follow orders" to dismantle this countries foundations - gee I was ordered to gas those people....sick.

Just what does "Rule of Law" mean ?
