The fallacy of psychological testing and certifications

I have heard that diligence is executed when "Law Enforcement Officers" are hired, that they undergo psychological testing to ensure that they are mentally qualified for the profession. This claim is intended to throw doubt into those of us who have been assaulted by the police, such as myself.

What type of argument is this in a discussion where a "Law Enforcement Officer" frames and assaults someone ? Why cant these alleged "Law Enforcement Officers" institutions do their jobs be accountable for the actions of their troops ? In my case evidence, security video, was available that would have either supported my claim of being framed in that CVS store or refuted it. So if the officers that assaulted me had passed some sort of psychological litmus test how does this mean that the event did not transpire, that the law was not broken. Based on this response then the argument could be made that their tests are biased selectively employing those that will cover up their offenses, assault people and lie to the courts.

It could be argued that such bias is not permitted in the theater of law enforcement and the courts. I then look at our experiences and find this theocratic bias demonstrated by the Virginia courts when they chose to dismiss State Social Services to defer to a Christian therapist. Not only did the courts execute a theocratic bias by ignoring the years of state therapy, they actively supported a theocratic bias when they ordered the release of confidential mental health records that excluded the period of co-habitation and stalking.  The Virginia Courts have set precedence for bias and persecution.

The bottom line is that to ensure the "right people" get hired to select the "right people" for their mission, "they" put their thumb on the scale. We are now back to mission and why did the Manassas Chief of Police, allegedly a law enforcement officer choose to cover up the activities of his troops, if I am correct he is covering up a crime.

• Did he go through this alleged "psychological testing" ?
• Did he pass these tests ?
• What is a "law enforcment" officer supposed to do when informed of a crime by anyone ?

So much for psychological testing - the thumb on the scale.If one wants a "thug" one makes a test/process that separates the "right people", if one wants theocratic Rule of Law, hire from theocratic institutions, such as my girlfriends husbands Crusader.

Jay Bybee my new favorite officer of the court, he wrote memos taking specific "laws against torture" and interpreted them to be legal. He was certified by what institutions, which "law" did he follow, secular or theocratic ? How did he achieve a position such as to sell this country out ?
