I am concerned about alleged "law enforcement" and the judicial system that confuses Theocratic with Secular law than random violence, drug dealers or stalkers that we have experienced.

We are no longer a threat to the individuals that we have had issues with - those problems do not last and can be resolved. However we have criminal records as a consequence of corrupt cops and damaged lives because of negligent/corrupt officers of the court.

We have no expectation of being able to hire competent attorneys in Virginia because the institution that certifies them does not ensure quality performance of their members. I was innocent that morning in the CVS store, evidence was available and was covered up. The individual incident is irrelevant what those responsible for oversight did NOT do that is of concern.

How many others have there been ? Damaged lives, records, lists and theocratic crusades.

Christian infection...

A vile population that create situations and then blame others for the results. For example my girlfriends divorce had gone on for more than a year when the contraceptive we were using failed, the stress caused by the husbands stalking, phone calls, church harassment and court hearings resulted in complications, bleeding out, she had an abortion. Then the crusading attorney found out and we became murderers and adulterers, along with near prayer sessions in the Virginia courts. It is to be noted that the mental heath records allowed to be accessed at the time started at this period, excluding the period of cohabitation. Was there collusion between the courts and the Christian Brotherhood attorney to persecute a woman trying to escape an abuser ?

It is a twisted irony that these individuals thrive in arguing documents from the Bible to Law. They use these "interpretations" to start wars and ignite chaos from which their members profit. I highlight Jay Scott Bybee and John Yoo whose memos were used to support torture an allegedly illegal activity.

Concern about Law Enforcement.

The police are funny, they state that their mission is "law enforcement" intended to protect those paying their salaries, the citizen.

Just how do they select these individuals ?
I hear that potential "law enforcement" officers are subject to a battery of psychological tests and evaluations, who is doing the evaluating ? Torture advocates and those whose interpretation of the law reflecting the judgments and interpretations of Jay Scott Bybee and John Yoo. That would explain why there is such a high percentage of bullies and thugs in "law enforcement".

I have been assaulted by the police on two different incidents, the first time we caught them trespassing on my property in Reston, it was the middle of the night, we were on the balcony and they stepped on a bush. When challenged to identify who they were, it was a very dark night and all that we saw were shadows, their response was "who wants to know", I responded that I did . When they failed to identify the reason for their being on my property I instructed them to leave, to which they assaulted and incarcerated me.

This was when my girlfriends husband had been stalking and assaulting her, in fact one time I had found her knocked out with two black eyes on the patio where those cops were standing, she had gone out for a cigarette. We had observed drug business activity in the neighborhood. If the cops had identified themselves, stated their business we would have given them donuts - for one night we would have known that the stalker would not appear. Why were they in that back yard, they did not knock on our front door, were those six officers observing us, is covert wandering the woods a mission statement ? I was not even charged that evening, they claimed "drunk in public" on my own property - six officers for a DIP ?

I wonder sometimes whether this was somehow arranged by the church attorney, he made many claims in court that were never supported by evidence. So what was going on that night ?

The second assault by police occurred in Manassas at a CVS store. I wont go into these details but this incident identifies the lengths that they will go to cover up incidents. Evidence lost, framing and assaulting me, exposing my girlfriend to population when they released her from booking in a medically impaired state. She had hitchhiked ten miles home, what would the cops had said if she had been found accosted at the side of the road - "sorry" ?

The service the police provide.... My first response is what service ?
After numerous assaults, stalking, vandalism done by those that participated in questionable lifestyles. What I found was that those individuals had adapted to the strategies used by the police, had them on their payroll and easily lied - a survival skill.

The felon in our neighborhood had a run in with someone else, they had cut all four of their tires, when the police had been called I heard that he had chased them around with a knife before being arrested. He spent less time in jail than I did. I talked to him after he got out, he laughed, said that it is all just a game, lie, lie, lie, dress up pretty, get some dope, sell some dope and buy a good attorney. Of course he knew who were good attorneys and even though he had a low legal income he could come up with the price. Funny thing was that he paid less than I did for my attorney. He represented a demographic that was profitable for the attorney and courts.

Then there were the traffic incidents, I was in three traffic events that required the police, in those cases I was relatively calm and explained the situations, their responses were unexpected:

First incident someone came on my side of the road and hit me - no issues with the cop that handled that incident.
Second incident a construction crew had taken down their signs on the other side of a sharp corner, their equipment was still in the road. I was following another car when I came around the corner to find a bunch of cars stopped. I ended up in the ditch, other people stuck in the traffic were upset also. The police officer at first was civil, some of the others asked if charges would be filed against the construction crew. I heard the foreman start the BS, that he was a former cop and so forth. I got out of the ditch and was instructed to go, I was checking out my vehicle for damage before I left when the cop started yelling at me, asking what I was doing. I had not said anything to this police officer, I had pointed out that the sign had been removed warning of construction ahead.
Third time I had followed traffic in passing two by driving on the shoulder of the road. The first vehicle made the left turn, I was ahead of the second but he raced me, I had a tire print on the left side of my vehicle. The police officer talked to the person that put it there, he had parked around the block so that no one else could see his vehicle. The police officer came back smiling and ignored the tire print. I took pictures of the tire print but the insurance company did not look into it.

Selective enforcement of the law, without oversight and questionable or biased vetting of these individuals ... When we were dealing with being stalked and assaulted we heard about how the cops "could not" do this or "had" to do that because of the law. But then they framed me in the CVS pharmacy. How about the Police Chief and the FBI not bothering to respond to numerous letters and emails ?
How does cover up, avoidance, abuse and lying to the courts fit into the "Rule of Law" espoused by this society ?

I have been told that I should be shot at a traffic stop by cop when I bring these issues up, does that mean that not only are cops thugs they are also assassins protected by the uniform ? I have taken two of their beatings, in fact they are the only parties that have ever beaten on me. I have only hit one person and that was my girlfriend when she had taken my gun and was threatening suicide, I took the gun away and spanked her. I do have a temper but I do not take it out on others, animal or human. My temper shows when I catch someone lying, getting too close or threatening me - especially those that "claim" to be protecting me.

The police have identified themselves as the threat. They are much worse than the lost souls they are allegedly protecting the citizen from. they do not adhere to advertised mission statements such as "protect and serve" they do not uphold the law as in obtaining evidence of the crime, such as the video in a CVS store. Their leaders not only do not protect their troops by resolving disputes such as mine, they cover them up. As technology advances with tracking and record keeping they become a greater threat than any individual "criminal". I now have a record thanks to the corrupt police in Manassas Virginia. Will I be shot at a traffic stop because some rookie identifies my record of assaulting the police ? These drones are tools for leaders elected by evangelical, corporate, torture advocates ......

If one is innocent and one does not have connections one should be afraid of the thugs in blue. The more one attempts to be reasonable and resolve a situation the deeper they get. That morning in the CVS store the more I asked what was going on the more concerned I got the more they fed on it, my girlfriend was in tears and had withdrawn. The police officers response was to try to make her say that I abused her - they were either stupid or bullies, neither traits represent a quality I would want to have authority and a gun.

Concern about the American Judical System.

The Courts in Virginia have a problem with separation of Church and State. - in my girlfriends divorce case the judge chose a Christian therapist over years of State therapists who had a documented log of events within the household. The Judges allowed Biblical law in their courts, the crusading attorney would quote from the Bible within the courts, uncensored. When my girlfriends confidential mental health records were subpoenaed the courts specifically excluded records of cohabitation.

Then there was the judge that my attorney pled me guilty to. I was convinced to by my attorney to take the prosecutors deal. The judge without hearing the case went on a several minute rant against the Prosecutor about how I should spend a year and a half in jail. The Judge was prejudiced before I walked into that courtroom - this identified a "presumption of guilt", there is no way that I would have had a fair hearing or trial in that Virginia courtroom.

Virginia a State infected with courts that do not adhere to the separation of Church, corporations and State.

"Rule of Law", "officers of the court" and other "whimsy"

Our experience's with member of the Bar in Virginia and then these two winning attorneys, Jay Scott Bybee and John Yoo identifies that this population of "professionals" do not adhere to what they preach, Rule of Law or maybe a confusion between secular or theocratic law.

Concern about ones neighbors and random crime.

We have gone through a lot. My girlfriend was a foster child and raped by these care givers. She married another abuser who wanted to turn into a woman, when she escaped to a friends house stalking and assaults followed. There was a drug problem in Reston at the time and one time I faced down one of those that were active in the trade. We moved to Manassas to get away from the stalker, for about two years we stayed to ourselves in what we thought was a quiet wooded community but the isolation of the woods did not stop him.

With the concern about a resurgence of the stalking and assaults we talked to the neighbors. We found that one household consisted of a manager in the Fairfax police department, ironically their significant other was one that could and would get anything. Then there were the witches, the felon and his girlfriend who was a nurses aid at Annaburg Nursing home, we found out that they were stealing drugs from the patients. What we found was that the alleged legit people in the community would show up for their "fixes". It did not matter that the witches would go through their mailboxes, vandalize peoples homes and harass them.

The straw that broke the camels back was when they got a hold of some product called "Green", the natural stuff had dried up locally so the response was to make what was available stronger. When the product first showed up I watched them, rather than becoming mellow their mood altered, they complained about headaches and of course they kept consuming. We disassociated ourselves from them. As a result we were vandalized on numerous occasions, our house broken into and the police department managers significant other tried to plant product in our house. I was glad that I was suspicious of their activities in our last party, the funny looks and getting quiet as we approached - they had hidden product in our house. I had my girlfriend flush it and called them up telling them that we had - at the time I kind of believed in "Rule of Law", if they did frame me and did go through our septic tank I would have listed all those that were at our party.

We have had two pets poisoned, one was a puppy on a runner out back with our other puppy - one died of poison the other did not. The other pet was our cat, it appeared to have been poisoned when the radiator to our car was punctured.

The witches would park on a road above us and watch through binoculars whenever we went out. They were actually watching everyone, usually when whoever went out they would acquire their wood or other things that may not be noticed.

We were afraid to leave the house for five years, would the place be burned down, if we went ? It also helped that my girlfriend could not walk very well as a consequence of another neighbors dog biting her, the owner was a medic. Because of the injury she could not stand and work, the leg would give out unexpectedly, walking was now unsafe because she could not leap off the road. It was obvious that the police were useless, they were getting upset at us for calling and the Magistrate was as dysfunctional as the police.

I bring this up again because nearly a decade has past, we have been reclusive, but a new crowd is in the community. The first contact from them was to yell at me about our cat, a cat that had been fed at their house, against our wishes by prior "nice" neighbors. They also leave the trash out, this is an area where we have observed a resident fox, opossum and raccoons. Now we have had the experience of years of stalking, harassment, vandalism and pet poisoning - it starts over.

While living in Reston we not only had the husband stalking and assaulting his wife at night, we had church groups showing up in the day, on group had given us a handwritten note stating that "adulterers should be put to death".

The bottom line is that an individual will usually get bored. Individuals are nothing compared to organizations, especially those organizations that have information networks, access to other tools such as GPS tracking and do not regulate their populations, like "law enforcement".
