Heck since those memos were exposed I might as well dedicate a page to the confusion. To crusade or not to, to torture or not to, to war on the citizen or not to, to profit off of easy weakened prey or not to. It is all profitable, out of chaos there is opportunity...

Judge Jay Bybee was appointed as a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Now he can use his interpretation to render judgments on others, if he believes the perpetrator is okay, justified then the crime, such as torture will be legal, else illegal based upon his whimsy. Judge Bybee is a product of the Brigham Young University, which is owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Can this school produce individuals that can render interpretation of law in a secular manner ? Can Judge Bybee separate Secular from Theocratic given the upbringing and education that he has received ? For example our crusading attorney preached the Bible in court and used it to execute their personal persecution of my girlfriend. |
John Yoo is a professor of law at the University of California, Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law the product of these institutions of higher learning never cease to amaze me. Go Berkeley, who will you give us as an encore. John Yoo is sorry for nothing of course not. |

With "good" apples such as Bybee and Yoo, what is a "bad" apple ?
I wonder how they will interpret other laws, if "torture" is now legal then what about the other laws - what is right is wrong.
How about those that appointed Judge Bybee to be a judge. They appear to be a might confused, torture is supposedly against the law and it is their duty to turn in those that facilitate a crime.
One last thing - what are they doing about the crime of facilitating torture ? Promoting one to be a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and nothing for the other - crime is okay and profitable as long as one is a Christian zealot or supporting their initiatives.
