Reputation, respect and integrity

What have we learned from our experiences....

• Law enforcement lacks oversight, behaves more like Barney Fife without Sheriff Taylor and is clueless as to why they have no respect.
• The Virginia State bar forgot the reason that it had implemented ethical policies that were vague. It could be to ensure that the institution and its members maintained its reputation, that the Bar did its job in reviewing complaints and grievances. This includes "strategy" complaints identified with words such as "diligent", "zealous" and "competent" representation.
• This country has been hijacked by Christian fanatics that have infiltrated the fields of law making and justice. We saw this in Virginia when the courts bowed to the crusading attorney in the early nineties, then a repeat in the national theater with the George Bush administration. When things do not go their way they have individuals like Yoo and Bybee reinterpret the law so that they can profit or commit criminal acts. These fanatics then claim it is for the greater good, actually it is only for the good of their clique. When one considers the beliefs and closed mindedness of this group the only skills they have are arguing documents like the Bible or Law. Their interpretation is supposed to be accepted, much like Creationism and Earth as the center of the Universe, those that disagree must be punished for their heresy.

So now we have a bunch of Puritans running around trying to punish and impose their will on others, both foreign and domestic.

Punishment, persecution, invasion, theft, corruption does not ensure social harmony, it facilitates chaos and decay. There is no respect for any office or institution in the chaotic theater that is in the process of being created. This is a cascade, the more these alleged leaders try to "punish" the more their incompetency shows - Barney Fife and Gomer Pyle, their stupidity is impressive.

So laugh at our situation, the failure to address and adhere to stated laws in our situation just identifies the negligence of the process and the deception of the citizen. I for one have no respect for bullies, liars, thieves and deceivers - this is a corrupt society. If it was not a corrupt society I would have seen that CVS pharmacy security video diligence would have been executed.
