As I have mentioned before this site is dedicated to my girlfriend who actually walked this path. It was developed in hopes of proving to her that there was no class discrimination. Her mother had tried to kill her, she was a foster child, abused, raped, called a sinner in court, informed that she must be punished. I had hoped to prove that in America there was an opportunity for her. I was wrong, this site has had very few hits, I assume it is my communications skills and message.
The preferred solution would be that the State of Virginia, the agency of the Supreme Court of Virginia and its members accept responsibility for betraying the public trust in our cases and take action to ensure that their members perform rather than just harvest money from their clients. "Strategy" and "performance" is the service that these "professionals" are supposed to bring to the table, they do not. It is sad that the institutions and their members are lacking in integrity.
