Vision Training      

 

Vision training can be helpful in strengthening the eye muscles.

Although eye muscle imbalances may not actually change, strengthening them can help prevent fatigue and delay ocular tendonitis.

Vision training can include simple or complicated exercises. They can be performed at home with little equipment or in a professional setting and can be done for short  or long periods of time.
