| Hi Brothers, Ladies and All,
The month of May was another busy month for Sunnyside. A visit to Mt. Hood #32 in Vancouver, Washington was enjoyed by eight Sunnyside Brothers. At our regular stated meeting we voted to accept two brothers as dual members to Sunnyside. We extend our welcome to brothers Richard Smith and Michael Smith to our lodge and look forward to the valuable Masonic assets each bring to Sunnyside. There was one new petition read for the degrees of masonry. That means that in addition to the E.A. degree scheduled to be conferred, there may be two more this month. Details for our annual “Day of Recognition for Sunnyside Widows” boat trip will be made available at the June stated. Don’t miss a rare opportunity to attend the Master Mason Degree conferred by the Oklahoma Masonic Indian Degree Team. It will be at Pearson Air Museum, Saturday evening, August 16th. Tickets are available through our Secretary. Keep in mind our Sunnyside Homecoming planned for Saturday, September 13, 2008. Food! Fun! Games! I want to thank Howie and everyone else involved for taking charge of the Officer’s meeting and organizing a degree team while I was unexpectedly called out of state. Let’s continue to keep our Sunnyside up!
