Brethren, I would like to extend my personal thanks individually, to everyone who came to the lodge and supported the lodge by taking part in our ritual work.  We have had a very busy spring and winter, and now we are approaching the summer time.  I wish you all a wonderful summer and that everyone gets to enjoy their time.

Please mark your calendars for July and August.  As we plan to vote to go dark, there will be no stated meetings held, but we will have special meetings so the candidates can give back their proficiency.  I encourage all of you who are free to extend your hands and support us.  Please save the following dates:

May 23rd, at 3pm there will be practice at Washington Masonic center.
May 27th, at 6pm will be an officer meeting, followed at 7pm by an EA degree. 
June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, will be the grand lodge session (any Master Mason can attend)
June 12th, 10am we will have a Stated meeting, but we won't have a brunch, so the dining room can be setup for Palestine Lodge's 100th anniversary celebration. 

Thanks to all the brothers who came out to visit Cornerstone Lodge #157. The turnout was great, we had a great time and the hospitality was great as well! I appreciate all the brothers who attended brother MacFarland’s funeral.  Please if you know of anyone who is in distress or ill let us know.  My best wishes to all.
