Several people have provided me with motorcycle press articles about the Moto Guzzi SuperAlce. The following links are scans of the pages from those publications. Depending on your browser settings and display settings, the print may not be large enough to read. If so, just right click to safe the image files and open them in a phot editing software, Windows Paint, or other graphic display software where you should be able to enlarge them.
The first article is from Walneck's, June/July 1981. The SuperAlce was a cover feature article. This newsprint publication has been poorly preserved and very diffiicult to copy. You will enjoy the part in the text about the blood!
The second article is from Classic Bike, January 1982. Read right in the dead center text of page two and you will see SuperAlce owners described as “...the leftist young and radical chic...” Oh, man, ain't that cool? The old magazine copy was given to me by a good riding buddy, Mike Moulton (deceased).
The third article is from The Classic Motorcycle, June 1987 and is a functional comparison between the Guzzi SuperAlce and the Norton 16H.
The fourth article is from The Classic Motor Cycle, June 2001 and was given to me by Ron Kemp of Wales, a Vincent Motorcycle Parts distributor.
