Humane Methods – Positive Reinforcement

My methods are humane and based on the principles of positive reinforcement.  No aversive is ever used. Dogs learn by repetition.  If we reward a dog for a behavior, he will continue to offer that behavior. 

In rewarding a desired behavior and ignoring an undesired behavior, dogs learn that certain things (the behaviors we reinforce) get rewarded (food , playtime , your attention, verbal praise).   Dogs learn faster when praise, treats or playtime are given as rewards.
