Station 9 has a three bays that houses Engine 9-2, Engine 9-12, Tanker 9-4 and Special Unit
9-10.  Ambulance 9-82 is housed in the old section of the building which also includes a lounge, an EMS office and Fire Company office.
  Plans are currently being discussed to construct a larger station sometime in the future.

ENGINE 9-2

9-2 is a 2001 4 Guys on an HME 1871 SFO chassis powered by a 330 HP Detroit Diesel Series 40 engine and an Allison 5 speed automatic transmission.  The stainless steel body features Robinson Roll up doors on the Engineers side and rear, with conventional hinged compartments on the officers side. 9-2 features a Hale Q-Flo 1250 pump and 1000 gallon poly tank.  The cab seats 6 with 5 SCBA seats.  This is our primary engine, responding first due on all structure fires and motor vehicle accidents. 9-2 carries a 35' three section extension ladder, a 14' roof ladder, and a 10' folding attic ladder in addition to 3 10' sections of hard (suction) tube.

ENGINE 9-12

9-12 is a 1995 4 Guys Engine-Tanker on an International 4900 Series chassis powered by a 300 HP DT 530 and an Allison 5 speed automatic transmission.  This unit functions as our supply engine for structure fires and as a tanker and supply engine on mutual aid responses.  9-12 features a Hale Q-Max 1,500 GPM pump and a 1,500 gallon tank with a 10" Newton dump valve on the rear.  Along with 1,075 feet of 5" supply hose and 4 preconnected handlines, 9-12 carries a 24' 2 section ladder, a 14' roof ladder, and 2 sections of 6" hard (suction) tube.

TANKER 9-4

9-4 is a 1986 Mack LTI tanker.  This unit features a 350 GPM pump and an 1800 gallon tank that is offloaded through a 9" jet dump.  9-4 carries 2 portable ponds for rural water supply operations; one at 2,500 gallons, and one at 1,500 gallons.  Along with a portable pump and 500 feet of 3" supply hose, this unit carries a 1 3/4" preconnected handline and a 1" booster reel. 9-4 also carries a single Scott AirPak 50 4.5 SCBA and spare cylinder, a 24' 2 section ladder, 2 10' sections of 2 1/2" suction hose, and 2 8' pike poles.  This is one of the most maneuverable and functional tankers in our region.
