Hi everybody! We're having tons of fun over here. We introduced Lila to solid foods two weeks ago starting with rice cereal and moving up to Avocado yesterday. Happy to report she has a very big appetite and is getting a handle on eating from a spoon.



Its been a great month. Lila's growing by leaps and bounds! We had a fun visit from Uncle Paul (Alice's brother). She's vocalizing alot lately making all kinds of funny sounds and noises (especially when we put people on speakerphone), she's started on solid foods, she's learned how to roll onto her back after tummy time, she discovered her feet, and she loves to grab anything in sight.

Today we were busy cleaning the house, minding our own business when we heard the funniest sound outside. When we looked out, we couldn't believe our eyes!

Seven wild turkeys were hanging out in our yard, gobbling away!



It was the most surreal sight. The gobbling was so loud! So Cindy and I grabbed our cameras and started taking photos and video. As the turkeys moved down the driveway, a few of them decided that Mrs. Thomas' roof was a good spot to move to.
When Cindy called Mrs. Thomas to alert her to her feathered visitors, she said she had heard them but thought they were coming from the TV!

The way they moved and sounded, they seemed like little dinosaurs!

Last weekend we Randy, Taeko and Ian dropped by for an afternoon of fun. We had a great BBQ and went over the the local sports field to fly RC Helicopters!
