The outdoors surrounding the house is amazing. In every season.

there is also a covered deck off the kitchen with a grill and an uncovered rooftop deck off the guest room

the garden level floor has the exercise room, full bath with two person shower, mudroom, laundry,  jim's workshop

and access to the garage and garden.

jimmy built a pond- first some of the way too big patio came up

and then we landscaped with boggy plants and a few water plants

we have had some avian and mammalian visitors , the fish  keep spawning

and the water lilies are spectacular

we put all the Adirondack furniture down there and brought the padded stuff to  the protected area of the upper deck.
