Heavy Weapons : Inspections at 10:00am
All melees all the time, with Resurrections and the infamous Tavern Brawl
Light Weapons: Inspections also at 10:00 am, list opens after the Heavy List closes
Archery: Range opens at 10:00 am; check in at Archery Pavilion for details
Thrown Weapons Range and Tourney will be under the command of THL Gailen Alric Ross.
A&S
All A&S judges and participants must pre-register.
Please see Midrealm A&S Competition for more information as it becomes available.
The on-line site will go live on Feburary 26th.
- 9 AM Check in begins
- 10 AM Judges Meeting
- 10:15 Entrants meet with judges to determine a time to return
- 10:30 Judging begins
- 1-2 Judges lunch and public viewing of entries
- 4 PM Judging ends

Due to Site Rules there will be no merchants allowed.
***Site is Dry***
There will be room for games and assorted divertisments.
We are expecting a visit from the troupe of traveling gypsies.

Pickled mushrooms, Potted Cheese and Crusty Breads
Fast as a Fox Chicken, Sallet of Hearbes
Scotsman's Salmon, Carrots
Poachers Pie, Cabboge with apples

Feast $7.00 per person, by March 15, $9 at the door.
Lunch will also be available price TBD.

Directions to the site:
Take best route to I-55 exit 105. You can see the church's steeple from the off ramp. At the bottom of the ramp turn left (north). Proceed less than 1/2 mile and turn left again at Sudduth Road where you see the sign for the church. Cross over the I-55 bridge and come to the intersection of Sudduth and West Outer Road. The church is at the northwest corner of the intersection. Please note Googlemaps are off a little bit.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Ramada Inn at exit 100 (Sangamon Avenue) off of I-55. A room with 2 queen beds is $74.00 + tax (maximum of five adults in a room). All rooms have frig and microwave. Please call the hotel directly at 217-523-4000 and ask for the SCAA block.
