I am the second oldest of four children. My parents, Richard and Suellen Wilson live just 20 minutes away, and have been married 35 years (I think). My older brother, Michael and his wife Leslie have four children, Erin, Ashley, Brendan, and Devan. They live in Woods Cross, about 40 minutes from me. My younger sister, Brenda and her husband Kevin have two kids, Keander and Brylea. They live in West Valley, about 20 minutes from me. My younger brother, Bryce and his wife Laura are expecting their first baby in January, a girl. They live in Layton, about 45 minutes from me. We get together at least once a month, and generally more often.
I work for Utah State Parks, and right now I am at Wasatch Mountain State Park, in Midway, Utah. I am a Park Naturalist. No, that isn't the same as a naturist...I don't run around with no clothes on. As a Naturalist I study, research, and teach about nature. I am also a writer, designer, photographer, tour guide and teacher. I spend a lot of my time outside hiking or snowshoeing the trails of the park. Yes, I love my job.I also work part time at Wasatch Pizza as a driver delivering pizzas. That is also a fun job and keeps me moving.
Like my picture shows, I like to bike. Though I tend to be a bit on the lazy side and don't keep up with it like I would like to. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, just wandering looking for animal tracks. I enjoy bird watching. Around the house I like to clean, play Neopets and sleep.
I enjoy books on tape because I can listen to them as I drive my hour to and from work each day.I like Elfquest books and have started collecting them.
I like nature, sunsets and stars.
I like popcorn, ice cream, and most food in general.
I like my dog, Harley, though she also bugs me a lot. But it's fun to watch her and T-spoon "play".
