Sylvia Izabela Bujak
Sylvia was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 17, 1981 to Stanislaw and Izabela Bujak. Sylvia grew up to be a beautiful and lively young woman who loves to go out to movies, dance, shop and simply have a good time. Sylvia also enjoys listening to music and participating in activities such as bowling and billiards. Sylvia is a very loyal friend and only surrounds herself by people who treat her the same way. Sylvia is also a loyal and devoted fiance who loves her prince more than anything in the world!
Edward Joseph Mallon, III.
Edward was born in Mobile, AL on March 29, 1980 to Donna and Edward Mallon Jr. Edward grew up with the nickname Jody that quickly caught on. He spent his childhood getting into trouble and blaming it on other people. However, as time went on he grew up and decided he needed a change in his life. He moved across the country to start a new life. Now he is an independent individual with many different interests and hobbies. Jody also participates in bowling and billiards and is always up for a good movie or going out to a club to go dancing. Jody is a loyal person and friend as well and he surrounds himself with people who are the same way. He's always the center of attention at Sylvia's families' houses and has definitely become one of the family.
HOW WE MET / OUR STORY
I don't know how many of you actually know the story of how Jody and Sylvia met...
It was a slow and boring night. Sylvia and Jody were both online chatting in chat rooms. Jody must have been really bored because he decided to send a private message to a girl he had never met. Sylvia was kind of surprised because not many people sent her messages simply to talk.
Time went on and they would talk online every day. As the months passed, they decided to swap phone numbers. Jody called Sylvia a few times and they would talk forever. There were a few times where Jody had to get off the phone because he had to save his calling card minutes to call some other girls, which he knew around the country (booo!). Sylvia didn't know why.. but this bugged her. She thought she may have feelings for him!
More time went on and Jody finally came up to Chicago to visit Sylvia. They hit it off right away... but there was a problem -- Sylvia still had a boyfriend. Months went by... Jody constantly tried to pursue Sylvia and tried to get her to go out with him. Sylvia kept denying him, but somehow couldn't stop thinking about Jody...
After several trips and countless calls and hours spent chatting on the Internet, Jody came to visit again. Sylvia had no date for Valentine's day and wanted to go out, so Jody flew up to Chicago to be her Knight in shining armor. That weekend is when Sylvia and Jody became boyfriend and girlfriend. Jody gave her a locket (something that Sylvia had always wanted, but never told anyone) and asked Sylvia to be his girlfriend! She thought this was the sweetest thing in the world!
About a year went by and Jody decided he wanted to move to Chicago. Job hunting was rough but as soon as Jody got a good offer, he picked up and moved. It has been 3 1/2 years since they started dating and here they are engaged and ready to be married. Aww how sweet!
