HOW IT HAPPENED
We had a long day at work. Jody gets out of work after I do, so when he came over to my house, we decided to go out. We didn't really have any concrete plans, so we just drove and then Jody decided that we should get some dessert.
There's this restaurant called The Melting Pot, so we decided to go there. The Melting Pot is a fondue restaurant, which makes it unique -- you don't find too many fondue restaurants around!
We sat down and ordered some chocolate and fruits and some sparkling wine. We were having a good time and I didn't sense anything out of the ordinary...
Then out of nowhere Jody pulls out this beautiful ring and tells me how much he loves me. Then (the cutest part), Jody got down on one knee and said:
"Will you marry me, Please?" He even said please! How could i resist! :)
