COCKTAIL HOUR
Cocktail hour begins at 7:00 p.m.
This includes an open bar and H'orderves
During the cocktail hour, there will be a receiving line for the bride and groom.
DINNER
A full 5-course meal will be served promptly at 8:00 p.m. Dessert will follow.
DANCING
The entertainment for the evening will be provided by a DJ.
Jody and I have not picked a DJ yet -- we are still in the process.
However, there will be a mixture of popular music, dance music, requests
and some Polish music for our Polish-speaking guests.
Of course Jody and I will be doing a "bouquet and garter toss" as well!
NOTE: I am providing the DJ with a list of "Do Not Play" songs.
No matter how many times you request the "Macarena" he will not play it!
(ha ha!)
The reception will end sometime between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
Be sure to bring your dancing shoes!
TRANSPORTATION
Jody and I are working on getting a Shuttle Bus for everyone who does not have a car.
The shuttle will pick everyone up from the hotel after the ceremony and bring them to the
banquet hall. After the reception, the same shuttle bus will be back to take everyone back to the hotel
We are going to see if the shuttle bus company will agree to make a few stops back and forth between
the banquet hall and the hotel, in case anyone wants to leave early.
Depending on the hotel that Jody and I choose, the banquet hall will be between 3 - 6 miles away
