Ongoing Chakra Classes
(Small Groups)

An in-depth process of working with the energy systems of the body. 
Just a few of the topics to be explored is how our biography becomes our biology,
the impersonal mind, symbolic sight, the power of choice and our role as co-creators of our lives.

Within a small group setting, every chakra energy system is explored in depth.  

The format includes an opening visualization,
engaging the energies of whichever chakra is focused upon. 
Spiritual sharing by all group members follows, which allows each individual
to bring forward what is occurring within their lives from a “higher ground” perspective,
engaging the concepts of seeing all of our experiences as a presentation
and a guide to our life lessons to be learned.

Teaching, discussion, writing, and exercises to deepen our understanding,
engages the remainder of time we spend together.

The small group setting allows process work to occur
as well as the actual healing work regarding that center to emerge.

Seemingly magical, nearly every person brings forth issues
surrounding the particular energy that is engaged at the time.

Small group work on the chakras is a powerful methodology of growing into our spiritual maturity.
