Although I had discovered a few of these concepts long before MacJams, most of these ideas arise from comments and feedback, and lots of experimentation that was entirely motivated by the nurturing culture at the MacJams site. Many thanks to everyone at MacJams!
In the spirit of Brian Eno's Oblique Strategies, here are a bunch of ideas that work for me. Your mileage may vary!
No, I don't remember to use all these ideas on all my songs. It's mostly chaotic.
