| Boy
Scouts is open to any boy between 10 and 1/2 and 18 years
old, or boys who have completed 5th Grade. Webelos Cub Scouts
who have been awarded the Arrow of Light may bridge into
the Troop anytime after January of their second year as
a Webelos. Parent participation in the Troop is welcomed,
needed and expected in order for the Scout to get the most
out of Scouting.
