  This mod allows spell cost refunds -- without capping the effect at a skill of 100, while still maintaining a positive cost. Most useful for mods that allow skills over 100.

  Compatibility

  Designed for GCD, doesn't use any GCD variables, so should (maybe) be compatible with other skill unlimiting systems IF they are compatible with ( player -> Get ), player -> getmagicka and player -> modcurrentmagicka

• Short-Range Teleport

  Adds multiple forms of short range teleportation. Visit the moon to learn from a traveller.

  Blink* x will teleport you in your current direction up to x units, except for Blink Vertical x for the obvious reason. If x is less than 0, you can go backwards/down.

  Long Step and Warp will only do anything if you are moving, and running will often make a difference.
