We would be pleased to file & enter your family records with the Tackett Family Assn. We prefer to have records in paper form so we can file them with the hardcopy files for your branch. We will then enter the material in our computer files as time permits. Please submit your Family Group Sheets with as much documentation as you have [See sample FGS below]. Although we will file non-documented FGSs with your files, we now only enter data in our computer files that have been documented in our preferred format. It would be helpful, once you become familiar with our formatting, if your future documentation is sent via email or as a rtf attachment.

We will be pleased to accept your own Family Group Sheets either in hardcopy, which you can send by regular mail, or in rtf form which you can send along via email attachments. Again, please include all your documentation.

Hardcopy files & photographs of The Tackett Family Assn., now housed in over 22 standard filing cabinet drawers, will be donated to the Special Collections, Allara Library, Pikeville College, Pikeville, KY.
