Matt Woodbury

Hey, I’m Matt Woodbury. I guess I need to write some stuff about me. Well, I have four passions in my life God, family, friends and the outdoors. They all intertwine in my life, which is why I’m always happy. I have been hunting and fishing a LONG time, I started out being a second dog for my brother while he was pheasant hunting. Hunting was just a hobby for me and loved to fish until I picked up a bow, fishing took the back seat ever since. My wife is my soul mate and fishing buddy, she can out bass fish most of my friends and she is a lot easier to look at! We don't have any kids but have a wonderdog named Hershey and she has a couple of cats.

   I have harvested a lot of game from deer, turkey, pheasant, squirrel, wood cock, and quail with my trusty Mossberg. I also have harvested deer, rabbit, squirrel, coyote and a rat, yes a rat (I didn't eat it) with my bow. When Mike asked me to join the UNJ team I was honored, I think a lot of my fellow UNJ pro staffers have a lot to bring to the table and hope to help out who or what ever I can.  I am a very easy guy to get a hold of I am either at home, work, church, THE archery range called Compass (http://www.compassoutdoors.org/) in the woods or on the water.
