1) Security deposit received constitutes confirmation of reservation.
2) Total payment due 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for holiday) unless other arrangement are made.
3) The security deposit will be forfeited if notice of Cancellation of reservation is not received 14 days (30 days for Holidays) prior to arrival date.
