Sacramento Taiji and Qigung

Sacrament Taiji is an organization dedicated to the research, practice and instruction in Chinese internal martial arts. Our research includes Chen family Taiji (Chen Qingzhou lineage) and Meihuazhuang (plum flower post) Yan Zijie lineage. There are only two instructors currently teaching Meihuazhuang in the U.S. We host seminars frequently in Sacramento and we are available to travel anywhere to share our knowledge through seminars, classes and private lessons.
