I built this page especially for all of the crew members that served on her. All other interested folks are also welcome aboard.
She was a fine old ship of the U.S. Navy during the 1950's & 1960's, with a superb crew.
I'm Bob Rowe. I served aboard the Skywatcher from 1955 to 1959 and was discharged from the Navy with the rating of Radar-Man Petty Officer Third Class.
Some of us old swabs still meet up at the YAGR ship's yearly reunion. It's great to see old friends again.
