Here is the long awaited Halloween event. The event will be costume design contest for your pets. Use pen and pencil, crayon, photo shop, or anything you are comfortable with, design a costume for your neopets. Of course, the pictures need to include your neopets in the costume. It's okay if you can't draw a perfect picture of your pets, as long as you show some dedication to the drawing. Since the contest has a late start, the deadline will be 12:00 PM Neopian time on November 1st, 2006. The prize will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place, and maybe a 3rd place if there's enough participants.
