Gordon picked me up at the ferry tonight so I could visit Churchmouse Yarns & Teas on the way home. *insert drooling noise* I picked up enough lambs pride worsted and noro for 2 pairs of fuzzy feet and a hand bag. :)

I finished the body of my cardigan on the boat and started on the first sleeve.

After we got home my honey put in an hour trying to get my comments working. I've got an odd assortment of programs running, and it looks like he still has to write a script to get it working. What a sweetie he is.

Sonnet
I got a lot of knitting done on my cardigan yesterday. Between the knit together at the cafe and the commute home I think I got a good 4 hours in. I'm right up to the point of putting in the button holes. I had to take a break from knitting today though because my wrist was aching. I guess 8 hours of typing and 4 hours of knitting was a bit much for 1 day ;)

It's hard to tell from the picture, but the texture of the box stitch turned out just amazing. I'm using the Naturelle recycled cotton yarn from elann. It's so soft and comfy, like a worn in pair of jeans. Yet the stitches are all crisp and distinct. I just ordered another cone of this yarn, this time in "milk" (ivory). I'm hoping to do some cool dying with it.
