Eeep! An entire month since I've posted. I am most unworthy.

Let's see, how to sum up a months worth of knitting. It actually isn't that hard. I did indeed knit the zaftif bikini top from knitty.... I'm to the point where I sew in the elastic. I'm not sure whether or not it's going to fit properly or not. I'm reserving judgment until the elastic is sewn in. It's sitting in the bin at the moment though, as I wouldn't even be wearing it until the next warm pagan event.

I made 2 more kittyville hats. One in black for me and one in bright pink for a friend's daughter. Both in cotton ease. I think I've now memorized the pattern. (which if you know me is really saying something)

I finally received the rest of the sale wool/cashmere for Gordon's sweater. After a million false swatches I finally cast on today. Doubling the yarn made me wind up with 22 stitch/4 inch gauge on size 5 needles. I ended up changing my mind (again) on the pattern and am now making a knit in the round yoked sweater ala "Knitting without Tears" When I get to the yoke, instead of doing color work, I'll be working a texture pattern to be named later (lol) This will be a bit of a long haul project. I want the sweater to be nice and loose, so I'm making it 56" around. I am a pretty fast knitter though, so maybe it won't take quite as long as I'm imagining ;)

Many other projects were half heartedly started while I was waiting for yarn, but have since been abandoned, heh.
