New Yarn!
My first (cough) order of Webs yarn arrived yesterday, the Fable for my Mom's vest. Oh my goodness I love it. I want some for me! It is so soft and smooth. It's going to be so fun to knit with. Gordon helped me wind 1/2 of it last night, I'll take some pictures of it this weekend.
I finished the passport bag for Sherry late last night and didn't get a picture of it. It turns out though, that we're going to celebrate her Birthday on Monday instead of today so I'll get another chance to take a pic. (As well as find a few little goodies to fill up her bag with) :)
I'm so excited to finally get started on this vest. This will be my first use of my "Knitters Handy Book of Patterns" I still need to decide on what cable pattern I'm going to use. I'm going to swatch a few today and pick.
