Career:  After chasing a livestock thief across the Simsbury base ball field and capturing him on third base, Brian stayed with his prisoner to watch the end of the game.  He was so intrigued with base ball that he asked to join and became one of the team's most tenacious players.  As catcher, virtually nothing gets by him and his on-field and at-bat performance are excellent.
