Take I-84 East to exit 59, I-384 East.

Stay on I-384 East until it ends in Bolton, CT (about 7.5 miles).  At the end it forks; Get in the right lane and take Route 6 East.

Stay on Route 6 East for about 7 miles, then turn Right onto Route 87.

Continue on Route 87 for 2.4 miles, Turn Right onto "Lake Road".

Go 0.3 miles to the first stop sign and turn left onto "Hennequin Road" (town beach/beach-house will be on the right).

The park (Columbia Recreation Area) is 0.4 miles on the right side of the road.
