Career:  After a short layoff (25 years) Jim returns to the field of dreams with vengeance. With a hitting style similar to Fred & sometimes Ginger Lynn he promises never to make play where his teammates say "the ball gets by Buckner". Being a Mets fan that is a personal highlight. His knowledge of the game, strong throwing arm and even an occasional burst of speed should help overcome his time away from the game. Playing on the same field in Simsbury he pitched his teenage years team to a championship will certainly be a story he proudly tells his team once or a thousand times. Jim was raised in Simsbury & returned with his family almost ten years ago to his hometown. He is a proud father of three and owns a publishing company.
