Career:
Down Town
learned the game on the streets and sandlots of
New York. His sweet stroke from either side of
the plate and smooth glove landed him a semi-pro
contract at the age of 17. School was never
much of an option. On the road with the New
Rochelle Robins, Brown soon took to the devil's
devices and was cut by the Robins for missing
the bus in Baltimore despite solid numbers and a
promising career. Three years later, after a
particular nasty night, of such debauchery
decency prevents us to repeat here, Brown found
the Savior, rid himself of his deviant ways, and
set his sights on regaining his playing career.
Down Town resurfaced in Simsbury, Connecticut
and returned as a force with the Taveneers -
holding prayer services in the locker room and
handing out punishment on the field.
