Taylor'd Arabians ‘N Show Horses is owned by Katie and Patrick Taylor with the help of Katie’s parents Stephanie and Stephen
Dodge. Taylor
Katie is an Arabian Horse enthusiast and is a proud member of the Arabian Horse Association and her local club the Diablo
Arabian Horse Association (DAHA). She is also a member of the United States Equestrian Federation; which allows her to compete
at Shows as an Amateur rider and handler.
Katie started riding at the age of 6 under the instruction of various trainers. She has always had an extreme passion
for learning everything she can about horses. At the age of 14 Katie began showing her Arabian mare All That Chrome in a variety of
disciplines including Western, Hunter, Saddle Seat, Halter, and Gymkhana at local shows. Katie quickly learned it took a
lot of dedication and hard work to show, and she has grown as an Amateur rider garnering many accomplishments at the class 'A'
and Regional level.
Patrick grew up with horses as well. Patrick’s mother Jane is an avid horse rider, so Patrick and his brothers enjoyed playing horse
too. The boys grew up riding Jane’s two Arabian mares, Marayyh and SX Intuition, with her out on the trails. Later Patrick became
involved in a completely different aspect of horses when he met Katie. Patrick has come to have great appreciation
for the dedication it takes to show Arabian horses and he has been a great supporter of Katie's dreams and goals.
