Mandolin LOA ++ is a very talented mare that Katie and her Dad purchased in 2007 from New Venture Farm. After just 2 months of owning her Katie and Mandolin were named Region 3 Reserve Champion 1/2 Arab Hunter Pleasure Futurity. During the fall of '07 Mandolin made a move to train with Rich Doran for the 2008 show season. Katie was very excited to see Mandolin's talent develop under Rich's training. 2008 proved pretty successful after being named Region 2 Champion in the 1/2 Arab Hunter Jr horse, Reserve Champion in the 1/2 Arab Hunter AAOTR, Region 3 Top Five 1/2 Arab Hunter Jr horse and Canadian National Top Ten 1/2 Arab Hunter Junior Horse. Katie looks forward to continuing to watch Mandolin grow and see where this brilliant young mare will take her.
