Evaluating websites for written and navigational clarity

As someone who has spent a lifetime using the English language and ended his professorial career as a designer of online courses, Berner is well versed in how a website should function. He does not design websites, but using his background as an editor, writer and online instructor, he can evaluate a site to make sure its message is clear and it is easy for users to find their way around it.
