I experienced you
guys for the first time Saturday at a private party in Rosedale and you were
excellent!! It was great to hear such
classic tunes as well as the high quality of your own numbers. I’ll be checking the schedule to see if you
ever get close to Richmond. Keep up the
superb jamming.

7/16/08-It would seem as though the
photos in The Gallery have become iconic and immutable: when is the last time
they were updated? Truly, they are lovely, but they are nearly two years old, aren’t
they? Are there any new ones to be had or must I try to provide some????
- The Jewelry Lady.
7/7/1/08 And we'll see you Captain!/08
7/1/08 See you guys at the Ducks on July 6!
The Captain
7/2/08 Looks like we're back on for the 5th at The Vinyard Carol!
7/1/08 Long story Carol, sorry. We'll see you at Ducks on Sunday 6th, thanks for your interest.
7/1/08 What happened to you guys playing at Vineyards? I notice it is off your schedule. We were going to check you guys out there July 5th!!! Bummer!!!!

4/3/08 Thank you, Chris & Deb!! Your comments are much appreciated!2-8-08
4/3/08 Hello there,
Read the linked reviews about your new cd and wanted to say
congratulations to all of you. It's real fine work guys. You did good.
Yes we are middle aged ( had to google indie rock ) . We
still know good music when we hear it.
Congratulations !!!
Chris and Deb
8-08 Hey Guys! We are all excited to finally see you at the benefit for Luci on Sat. 9th! Everyone said your music is great! I have many people coming to see you! I posted the flyer at The Firehouse as well. See you around 3pm on Saturday!
1-29-08 Hey guys – I see that the new CD is FINALLY available for purchase – hurray!
Should I go ahead and buy it at CDBaby or wait till I see you next and buy it directly from you?
In either case, I am going to need more than one copy…
Let me know what works best for you.
Thanks, Mary
12/23/07 When I worked as a waitress at
Phillips’ Crab House in the summer of 1984, I found you guys. I am SO FREAKING
HAPPY that you guys are STILL around! I lived in Delaware and then moved to
Baltimore in 1986, still following you when I could. Man, you guys just ROCK!
Now, I live out in the Midwest and STILL think of you! How great it is that
y’all are still rockin’ and giving it your all …. THANK YOU! With Gratitude
Everlasting, Patricia Donnelly (Toledo, OH)
11/20/07 What a great show in Waldorf @ Rednecks on Friday
night!!!!......with the bigger stage and extra equipment the band sounded
great.Since we were the only people who knew the band and has seen them so many
times over the years (mostly @ Goldens in Ellicott City) we felt like it was a
private show for us only.I encourage everybody here locally here in the
Md.suburbs to make the trip next time to Rednecks with the bigger stage,we need
to pack the place next time and really show the band a full house.I hope you
guys go back there and a local buzz starts in Waldorf!!!! Oh,and when you go
there make sure you know if you are a "Buck"or "Doe"
because that's what the bathrooms are titled.Being a city boy I had to think
twice on that one.
Mark & Karen from College Park
10/10/07 You guys realize, don’t you, that if and when you
ever stop playing as a band, there are going to be a whole lot of bummed out
people in and around OC, right? Tranzfusion isn’t just the normal
run-of-the-mill cover band—you guys are really very good, and play tunes no one
else would try. I mean “Bring it on Home”, “The Real Me”? Forget about it! Who
else does this stuff? (By the way, I know you have written some of your own
tunes, too, so don’t take “cover band” as an insult.) Just beware, you may find
yourselves receiving death threats in the mail if you ever stop playing!!!
8/15/07 Help! I've created a monster by taking my
enthusistic baby sister to Ellicott City last weekend. Now all she wants to do
is plan ways for us to see you guys. Her ultimate goal is to see you in
Frederick on December 29 which is birthday #41 for her. Guess having an older
sister nearly 13 years her senior gave her an appreciation for GOOD music. Hope
Tranzfusion is "rocking in the free world" for a while to come.
7/26/07Hi Guys! See you on the 10th! Hope everyone is doing
well! Haven’t heard my favorite song in quite a while – Comfortably Numb…
6/27/07 my girlfriend and i saw you rock the house at m.r. ducks this past
weekend. great show and the songs were first class!! we'll be back to see you
guys again and again!! keep it up and i'll promote you guys to everyone!! and
thanks for taking the time to make the time for those that had questions and or
comments for you. you guys are a class by yourself!!
Sincerely --
Kevin & Kim
4/15/07Your show at Dock of the Bay was awesome!! that was one of the best
performances and song list I have ever heard at a local venue. I will
definitely be at future shows, keep up the great work!
2/12/07 Hope to see you guys sometime real soon....Becky, Bob, Mardi &
Will......Donna...nice talking to you Becky!
2/9/07 Hey Guys, Live clips on web are excellent. I can now listen to you at
work. However, nothing beats your live and in person performances. Hope to see
you sometime soon. Thanks for all you do to make our world a better place for
us. Phil and Tammy

10/27/06 Greetings! I’m so looking forward to seeing transfusion again soon – really do miss being out and hearing your great sound…laurie
10/10/06 Hey guys! Looking forward to seeing you on 10/14 at the Firehouse Tavern. It's been a while again. I'll make sure to follow "the dress code"!!! See ya! Cell Phone Girl AKA Crazy Bitch!
10/8/06 OOOH! CAN'T WAIT! GONNA HAVE A DOUBLE TRANZFUSION ON OCTOBER 13 (Golden Bar, Ellicott City) & OCTOBER 14 (Firehouse, Carney)!!!! LIFE IS GOOD AND SO ARE THEY!!!
9/1/06 Why are you being so critical? (thanks though really).
9/1/06 Ditto on the Firehouse show. You guys seem to get better and better, which seems impossible. You never cease to amaze me. As I 've said before, everybody should see your show because it is simply, the best. Bryan
8/28/06 Thanks! Saturday was a good time for all of us. I'll sort through the pictures and see what we have. -Tom
8/28/06 Y'all were AWESOME at the Firehouse on 8/26! Bob's voice and delivery were fabulous: he really let down his hair! There was a huge crowd with dancing everywhere, especially by the non-stop Reese who seemed to dance with all of the ladies...or just himself. Now, let's see some of those photos!
8/23/06 Hey Sean, Jimi Hendrix used a pedal called a "Fuzz Face" by a company called Arbiter on his recording of Purple Haze. I've seen them on eBay if you'd like to take a look there. Hank would be better at answering the question about his "awesome distortion" but I can tell you that he uses two different levels of distortion, one he gets from an overdriven preamp channel in his Sundown amp and he also has a "V Twin" pedal made by Mesa Boogie to kick in another mode of awesome distortion.
8/23/06 Hey its me Sean the guitarist with Dylan and Chris we finally got a band name, THE GOGGLES. Yeah but i have a question. I'm looking for a fuzz pedal so I can play purple haze. So what would be a good brand to use? Also I was wondering what pedal you use for that awesome distortion. AWESOME CONCERT AT M.R. Ducks.
8/10/06 Thank you Carol. Looking forward to seeing you too!
8/10/06 You guys absolutely rocked at MR Ducks on August 6th. Looking forward to seeing you again on September 2nd!!!! - Carol
6/18/06 “When I get older, losing my hair many years from now, will you still be sending me a valentine, b’day greetings, bottle of wine? If I’d been out ‘til quarter to 3, would you lock the door? Will you still need me, will you still feed me when I’m 64?”......... June 18th, 2006.
6/6/2006 We will surely miss Billy Preston, an artist who inspired even the Beatles. If you haven't seen his performance "Isn't It a Pity" you should watch "Concert For George" DVD as soon as possible. It is surely one of the most heartfelt performances I've ever seen by any artist. -Tom
3/15/06 1997, Her Majesty proves she's a pretty nice girl by knighting Paul McCartney ... thanks for the link, tom, on your website! IMHO, Paul has proven in so many ways that he deserves the title of ‘sir’
1/27/06 Thanks Phil, this is great news!
1/27/06 Hi guys, I happened upon this and thought you might be interested in this movie about Neil Young being released feb 10th. Check out the trailer and synopsis. www.heartofgoldmovie.com Tammy and I hope to see you next week at Big Bats and/or at Characters in a few weeks. Take Care, Phil
1/24/06 Keep a check on the schedule S. I believe we're in negotiations with an establishment in your part of the world as we speak. So it could happen soon!
1/24/06 I used to listen to you guys in 1989, 90 timeframe at Nokelby's and Town Creek Marina in good ole St Mary's County. Best band to hit Southern Maryland. Have you thought about coming back any time soon ? ? Now that I know you're still around and I have your schedule I'm trying to get a group of oldies to come listen to you somewhere ! ! S.
1/23/06 Saturday night was great at the Firehouse. You guys were even more incredible than usual, and that's saying alot. I can't wait until the Ropewalk! Thank God you are finally coming to Bel Air! I can roll home from there. Love ya all, Susie
1/22/06 Hello all....The Firehouse Tavern was awesome. Thanks to Bob, Bobby , Hank, Tom, and Josh for letting me get up and air it out. If it wasn't for you guys I would still be playin and singin in my room. I can't thank you enough for the inspiration you have given me. I am forever grateful.....Mike Viel
1/20/06Hey!! I miss you all! Hopefully I'll see you tomorrow 1/21 at the Firehouse Tavern . Cell Phone Girl is still alive . . . I just got a new cell phone!!! No I didn't lose my old one!! See Ya! D!
1/08/06 Hey Sergeant, Last night at Sylvester's Saloon, Jim Morrison was alive and well in Big Bob Davis, Bobby Malaby had Mick Jagger's balls nailed to the wall, Hank Koenig's guitar was on fire from too many awesome rifts to name, and Pete Townsend's windmill was reincarnated through Josh Davis, who also picks a great Pinball Wizard. Like the Twilight Zone, Tranzfusion's music will take you to another time and space. Rock on! Bryan
11/28/05 Great to hear from you Dave! And Happy Holidays to you and Brenda from all of us. Bet you didn't think I'd post this did ya? Grecian formula and Carbona wax ha! We love ya Man!
11/28/05 Happy Holidays my brothers, Looking at your pictures I think a case of Grecian Formula is on my Christmas List! and maybe some Carbona wax for Tom! After he reminded me that it has been nearly 20 years not 15 as I try to make myself believe !!! 1986 seems like yesterday !! Much Love Feisty #1
11/13/05 I'm watching the Cream reunion DVD. Clapton better than ever! His leads are flowing perfectly and they are completely spontaneous! Clapton's performance alone is worth the $22 for the DVD (double set). I heard Ginger Baker miss a few beats early on ("I'm So Glad") but he warmed up well. Ginger is in fact singing a song called "Pressed Rat and Warthog" as I type, never heard it before. Jack Bruce's vocal sounds as good as it did in any of their late 60's recordings. Needless to say they look pretty old but if someone had said 38 years ago that Ginger Baker would be playing at Royal Albert Hall in 2005 we all would've said "no way, he'll certainly be dead by 1970!” -tom
10/31/05 Wow, thanks Bryan
10/31/05 Everyone should see this band. Simply put, they are OVER THE TOP! - Bryan
10/26/05 He was great, as expected. Beyond words.
10/26/05 How was the McCartney concert? -Byrd
Renegade, Madam Blue, Sitting on this bar stool.......
8/13/05 Thanks “dude with goatee and dark glasses”. And the next time you want to hear “Fooled Again” or anything for that matter you just walk up and let us know!
8/13/05 Incredible Show @ M.R.Ducks on the 7th.It was our first time seeing you during the day at a dock party, we thought the whole pier and dock might collapse everybody was dancing and rockin' so hard. Thank you for the encore of "Dead Flowers". Bobby's Stones songs were especially good that show. I was hoping for "We won't get fooled again" but you can't always get what you want can you? Still my favorite is "Bring it on home". It gives me goose bumps every time I hear it. Well, we’ll see you guys in September @ Golden Mark & Karen from College Park Md.(or, dude with the goatee and dark glasses) see you soon
8/4/05 Hi Guys, Missed you again last July at Canyon's. Will see you Sunday at MR Ducks. Marty & Josh
7/22/05 Sorry Jeanie, the Gilligan’s gig fell through (and then the Skipper started whipping him with his hat!). Seriously, we miss you too! And sorry the party on the 16th was in OC. And, sorry we didn’t get back to you sooner on that one. And, hopefully you two will be able to travel a little ways before long to catch us at one of our other gigs, come to the beach!
6/27/05 Thank You Paul, Karen, and certainly Brooke! –Tom (Bass Player)
6/27/05 Just saw you guys for about the 20th time today at MR Ducks--I can tell you that you put on a great show because our 2-1/2 year old daughter loved it. We're trying to bring her up on the right kind of music, and you guys help. As a major "Who" fan, I gotta tell you that I have never heard any other band try to play "The Real Me"--you guys have it nailed. I think one reason nobody tries to play it is because the bass is too tough--nobody wants to take that on. I've often told people that Entwistle actually played lead guitar on that tune (just a little lower). I don't know your bass player's name, but dude, you did it right. And guitar, I could tell you were right there with him.. Love the emotion. Paul, Karen, and Brooke
6/6/05 Well let’s see…there’s the 17th in Pasadena, and the 9th (July) in Carney, or you could force yourself on that vacation…either way it would be very nice to see you too Sunny!
6/6/05 I'm checking out the website and I see no dates coming up for the Baltimore area. My soul needs a Tranzfusion - fast! I'm stuck here in Cecil County. When will you be nearby again? I suppose I'll justhave to force myself to take an OC vacation :) -Love and kisses from Sunny
6/3/05 It is always a pleasure to see you Michelle! Except that you always melt all of the ice in our drinks!
6/3/05 Hey Guys, I'm coming out to see you play this weekend. See ya on Saturday at Sonoma's. -Michelle V.
5/31/05 Hey Chuck, thanks for your appreciation…and your great song requests! We actually used to do the Steely Dan tune, maybe we’ll refresh on that one. Love your other picks too. “Lazy” would be a blast to play, and “Mighty Quinn” is a Dylan song (originally) and that’s all that needs to be said about that one! -Tom will do the same with Funk #49! Keep coming out and bugging us about it and it’s bound to happen! -Tom
4/22/05 Hi my name is John and I was at the past couple shows that you guys played at the Anchor Inn in Pasadena. I was wondering if I could make a request. There's a song, im not sure of the band that originally played it I think it may be James Gang, called Funk #49. I would love to hear that song in the future. Im pretty sure many other people would like that song.

1/9/05 Nice to see you guys are still lugging gear after all these years !! From Just Us to Tranzfusion!! It was a good idea afterall ! I have fond memories of Tranzfusion's beginnings and all of those nights on the "wonderbus" ! Much Love to all of you, Fiesty1/6/05 You are absolutely right! I’m sorry about the strong & excessive language and I’ll reconsider posting them.
1/6/05 The New Year's Eve pics..Hey, pathetic is a strong word and a little excessive. I also have to disagree, there is one very good shot of Julie's shoes. Why don't you just post the Have A Great Time On New Year's Eve Everybody! What A Great Band To Be Bringing In 2005 With!! Hope To See Some Pictures Posted If Possible - HAPPY NEW Ye 5th, Bob Dylan on 60 Minutes.
11/10/04 We give up.11/1/04 You’re welcomeures are great!!!!! Thanks for posting them!

See you
all in a month or so. I’d like to thank Bob, Hank, Bobby, Larry, and Josh
for allowing me to continue doing something that I love, playing in this band,
even though I can’t spend as much time with it as I used to. It’s a
pleasure to always be able to come home and pick up playing with these guys and
it is always fun. -Tom

Donna has sent us a very cool picture from girl’s weekend in
London,
July 30 (ANI):
Beatles
legend Sir Paul McCartney is planning to bring out a coffee-table book about
his recent world tour that ended in Glastonbury. According to The Sun, the book
called 'Each One Believing: On Stage, Off Stage And Backstage' is being tipped
as the number one bestseller this winter. In his book the singer intends to
explode myths and right and wrongs about various experiences in his life. The
208-page book will also feature never-before-seen photographs and McCartney's
personal reflections on being on the road.
7/20/04Good to see you guys down at
Break Time last Thursday night. Sounded really good! I was thinking
it's been over 15 years since I'd last seen you! I know I was in
hibernation for about 13. Amazing that you all have stuck together
with no personnel changes in almost 20 years now. I guess adding a
band member's son is a personnel change, but I'm not counting that. Sorry
I didn't get to meet Josh. Hopefully some other time. BTW, I don't
know what's up with Tina, but Monique was working at Coyote's in Seaford last I
saw her. Hasn't changed a bit. Cooks a great burger, though!
Take care and I hope to see you around, and if you get a chance, check out
(insert shameless plug here) www.blindwillie.net. Check our schedule and drop by some
time. Take care! - Carl
7/19/04 We’re sorry too Marty &

7/5/03 How are you Milinda? Yes, lots of good memories from the
Rail! What ever happened to Monique and
Tina?
7/5/04 I haven't seen Tranzfusion
since the late 80's, but thought of them often over the years. Was playing
around on the computer and tickled to see they are still around. My sister
& I were bartenders @ The Oak Rail in Seaford and they played there quite
often. Glad to see some of the same faces (I recognize 3). Brings back a lot of
good memories......Milinda
7/1/04 It
was good to see you there too Jay….Thanks (Jay is referring to the “Bay Music
Festival”)
7/1/04
June Jam was great Tranzfusion stole the show as usual, Jay in

Be patient now! This is gonna take a

waivers signed etc.etc.

Hoping to see you guys at Canyon's Cafe on 7/11 - we'll be in OC from 7/2-7/11
- Marty & Josh
6/26/04 Thanks laurie, and yes we’re all dads. Thinking of posting a “friends, fans, &

12/26/03 Glad to see you guys are still rocking! 15 years ago
I was trying to impress a girl in a Frederick, MD bar while you guys
were doing "And she was" by the Talking Heads. We both knew at
that moment our commonality (especially taste in music) would lead to better
things. Months later we planned our wedding around your schedule,
married on the beach in OC, had a reception at the Brass Balls (only one ever
held there) and the whole wedding party partied with us and Tranzfusion at the
Purple Moose. We still hit Market Street but it’s not the same without
standing outside Donnelly's (now Firestone's) hearing the familiar wail of
"LA Women". We'll see you soon. Mark & Kelli
