Team Charm is a motorcycle road racing team that won the 1996 and 1997 CCS Mid-Atlantic region's Sportsman championships, 2001 CCS Mid-Atlantic region's Super-twins championship and placed second in the 2002 WERA National Endurance Series Lightweight Superbike class championship.

The team consists of Stephen Harris, Bernie Conatser, Steve Clark and Brian Summers.
