An Abandoned Hunting Village

This place was brought to my attention by a co-worker, who we'll call "Drop Tool". Unfortunately, at this time, niether I or Drop Tool has any information on the site. And, because it is on private property, I can only say that its in Bucks County, Pa. Presently, there are only three one-room cabins, three outhouses and a water pump (that stills works!). There used to be five cabins. We believe that the days of this village are numbered, as there are those little orange marker flags all around the property. Luckily, one of the three remaining cabins was unlocked, so we got to take a look inside.

The first shot was what we saw when we came out of the woods, into the clearing. You could probably walk by and not even notice them.
The second shot is the second cabin. The first two, which look identical, were locked up tight.

This is the third and last cabin, which is actually built with logs! (A big deal for a city boy like myself).
The second shot is of one of the outhouses. Yup, looks like its been awhile since its been used.

The inside of the log cabin. To our surprise, it was in great shape. The stove and sink looked new and the
furniture was covered. This was definately a livable cabin.

The first shot is of the working water pump. "Drop Tool" gave it a few pumps and nice, cold water came shooting out.
The last shot here is of a Four Horned Goat. On the way to the cabins, "Drop Tool" showed me this group of odd goats.
Just about all of them had four, of even five, horns!
